Kaybrook Conundrum, or Connie as she is known us, is a pretty and compact 7yo 14.2hh Welsh D bay mare. She is a very versatile pony who loves her jumping and has mainly competed in low level Riding Club dressage and jumping activities.

She is a quality Welsh D (registered WP&CS) with a good shoulder and three very active paces. Her work ethic is great, she is unphased by the wind and rain in the winter and she is happy if she is ridden every day or only a couple of times a week. Connie has such a sweet and kind temperament; she is very easy to handle and is an absolute pleasure to have on the yard. She was professionally backed in Cheshire as as a 3yo and has then been brought on in the same home since, but is now sadly for sale due to her owners pregnancy. Connie has been exceptionally well looked after by her owner who is a reputable Equine Vet, so teeth, vacs, physio, worming etc all up-to-date.

Connie has competed in a variety of disciplines and is a great Allrounder but would also excel in any chosen sphere. She has done dressage, SJ, XC and very much enjoys going out about. She loves her jumping and has a really scopey, tidy technique over a fence. She has XC trained on numerous occasions and her owner’s intentions was to compete in some small ODE’s this year before the heart-breaking decision to sell her. Although she has never been hunting, we are sure she would love it with an experienced rider who knew what they were doing. She is good to hack and has been ridden, schooled, jumped etc in open fields.

She is mannerly and gentle, always taken out in the trailer by owner on her own and we have taken her out on our lorry lots of times, alone and in company. This is a very sad sale of a much-loved pony so we are looking for a competent home that will continue her training and do some competing with her. She will require someone who can ride well so no beginners, nervous or novice riders please. She has no vices and is good to catch, farrier, load etc.

We really are looking for 5* home with an experienced rider to look after and enjoy her as a leisure pony and do some regular low-level competing. This pony has nowhere near reached her full potential yet so it would equally be lovely to see her go to a really competitive home where can Show Jump and event.

Tack and rugs include in price, she has a 17inch Kent and Masters adjustable gullet cob GP saddle, which fits her well and has been regularly checked.

Serious enquiries by phone only please.
