Our club aims to be a real family space, with members mainly made up of children aged 5 to 17 from galop 0 to 5. However, it's important to point out that our adult clientele is growing significantly thanks to the unique services we offer for (re)discovering horse riding. What's more, 70% of our members choose to re-enrol each year.

The business
There are a variety of sources of income, some of which account for a significant proportion of turnover and guarantee the company's financial stability.
The riding school
Lessons are the cornerstone of the business, accounting for 44% of the turnover generated. At present, there are over 500 lessons a week, mainly traditional lessons, as well as hours dedicated to competition lessons. At present, three instructors share the schedule from Monday to Saturday.

in equifun and show jumping. Thanks to our
proximity to Lamotte-Beuvron, we are lucky enough to attend the

The Compét + package
The Compét + package is a real asset, somewhere between half-board and traditional lessons. Members have the opportunity to ride more frequently on a horse dedicated to them, but that's not all! We have put in place a number of options that offer great flexibility for both us and our members. Success is guaranteed!
Details of activities
Courses
During the school holidays, we mainly offer week-long courses at all levels. We attract a wide audience outside our membership during these periods. In addition, during specific weeks, we offer courses to pass the Galops or weeks of improvement on various themes.
Schools and groups
Throughout the year, we welcome school groups from various communes to teach them about horse riding. Our methods vary, from discovering the animal to accompanying specialised groups for people with disabilities or young people in rehabilitation.
Sunday activities
Whether in-house or externally, our activities are a real success! The Challenge d'Orléans, a Club show jumping competition, allows many stables to use the arena on three occasions during the winter. Internally, we offer regular dates for baby ponies, equifun, trail rides and much more.

The club is fully managed with Kavalog, offering seamless integration for riding, accounting and our members. For ten years, activities have been paid for online BEFORE the event! It's the perfect management tool!
Location of choice
The pony club is ideally located to the south of Orléans, in the commune of Saint Cyr en Val. This location is close to a number of strategic towns in the Orléans region, including Orléans, Olivet, Saint Jean le Blanc, Saint Denis en Val and Saint Cyr en Val, attracting a clientele that is predominantly made up of people from all income brackets.
The PCO is just 15 minutes from Orléans city centre, via the main road that crosses the city from north to south. Our location is ideal, close to one of the city's largest industrial zones and the hospital. What's more, we have excellent access to public transport. The club's proximity to a number of suburban neighbourhoods inhabited by families is a real asset. What's more, the club offers direct access to the Sologne forest, providing a complete change of scenery in just a few minutes.
Grounds and buildings
Our facilities are carefully maintained and ready to use to ensure the well-being of our ponies, horses and members. A real work tool, they were honoured in 2011 with the FFE Club Trophy in the infrastructure category and the Responsible Sport Trophy in the Eco-Responsible category in December 2018 at the Stade de France.
The grounds cover 3.43 hectares and are fenced.
The stable
A large enclosed building of around 1,315 m2 with 28 boxes, 3 stalls, 3 tack rooms, a 54 m2 reception area and offices upstairs. Daily maintenance is optimised to be carried out by a single person in 2 to 3 hours, with offices offering a panoramic view of the stables.
The Olympic riding arena
A 2250 m2 covered riding arena, with modern LED lighting, ensures optimum use at all times while reducing costs. It also has a sanitary block and an enclosed, heated stand, making it easy to organise competitions all year round, whatever the weather conditions.
The clubroom
A brand-new 94 m2 function room, with a view of the riding arena and career, to ensure the comfort of our members. With its vast capacity, this space is perfect for welcoming groups. With its wood-burning stove, it can be used all year round.
The house
This family home combines a natural setting with close proximity to amenities (school, hypermarket, hospital, etc.). Its wooden charm and modern kitchen make it a delightful place to live. It has a large south-facing wooden terrace, with no overlooking views, offering comfort and privacy. Its proximity to the club ensures independence and practicality.
A wooden house with around 130 m2 of living space, comprising: 1 large living room with open-plan kitchen (over 50m2) and mezzanine above, 4 bedrooms, 1 entrance hall, 1 shower room, 1 WC and 1 hallway.
Caretaker's house
One-storey house in need of complete renovation. A real asset, this 90 m2 F3 house, with land registry, will require few authorisations to be renovated.
"The old club
This hangar, which used to be a stable until 2007, measures around 1175 m2 and is used for storage. It includes six 4x3 boxes, as well as a large area for storing hay and protecting equipment such as tractors and jumping gear from the elements.
