Dans le cadre de l’aménagement du Grand Parc Miribel Jonage, le Comité Syndical du Symalim souhaite mettre par un BEA, l’ancien centre équestre composé d’écuries, d’un restaurant et d’extérieurs, à la disposition, d'un ou plusieurs professionnels reconnus dans l’exploitation de centres équestres ou d’autres activités et / ou de la restauration.

Le futur preneur sera en charge de la remise aux normes de l’ensemble des bâtiments en lien avec les activités.

Durée du marché : Le bail emphytéotique administratif est conclu pour une durée minimale de 18 ans

Nombre et consistance des lots : Le BEA n'est pas alloti.

Procédure de passation : La consultation est passée suivant une procédure adaptée restreinte avec possibilité de négociation librement définie par l'acheteur.
Modalités d'attribution : Une première phase a pour objectif de sélectionner 4 candidats maximum, admis à présenter une offre. Une seconde phase aura pour objectif de sélectionner les offres des candidats, au regard des exigences fixées par le SYMALIM.

En el marco del desarrollo del Grand Parc Miribel Jonage, el Comité Sindical de Symalim desea arrendar a las autoridades locales el antiguo centro ecuestre, compuesto por establos, un restaurante y espacios al aire libre.El futuro arrendatario será responsable de la gestión y explotación del edificio y se encargará de su mantenimiento.

Duración del contrato: El arrendamiento administrativo enfitéutico tiene una duración mínima de 18 años.

Im Rahmen der Entwicklung des Grand Parc Miribel Jonage möchte das Syndikatskomitee des Symalim das ehemalige Reitzentrum, bestehend aus Stallungen, einem Außengelände und einem Restaurant, im Rahmen eines BEA-Vertrags zur Verfügung stellen.einem Restaurant und Außenanlagen, einem oder mehreren Fachleuten zur Verfügung stellen, die im Betrieb von Reitzentren oder anderen Aktivitäten und / oder der Gastronomie anerkannt sind.

Der zukünftige Pächter ist dafür verantwortlich, alle Gebäude in Verbindung mit den Aktivitäten auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen.

Laufzeit des Vertrags: Der administrative Erbpachtvertrag wird für eine Mindestdauer von 18 Jahren geschlossen.

Anzahl und Umfang der Lose: Der BEA ist nicht alloziert.

Vergabeverfahren: Die Ausschreibung erfolgt im Rahmen eines beschränkten angepassten Verfahrens mit der Möglichkeit von Verhandlungen, die vom Käufer frei festgelegt werden können.

Oproep tot het indienen van blijken van belangstelling voor het afsluiten van een erfpachtovereenkomst voor de voormalige manege gelegen aan de chemin de l'île 1 in Miribel (01700) in de zin van artikel L. 1311- 2 van de Franse Code général des collectivités territoriales.

In het kader van de ontwikkeling van het Grand Parc Miribel Jonage wil het Syndicaal Comité van Symalim de voormalige manege, bestaande uit stallen, een restaurant en buitenruimten, verhuren aan de plaatselijke autoriteiten.De toekomstige huurder zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheer en de exploitatie van het gebouw en voor het onderhoud ervan.
