Im Obergeschoss mit separatem Eingang befindet sich die zweite renovierte Wohnung mit Küche, zwei Bädern und drei weiteren Wohnräumen. Es kann auch als Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz vermietet werden oder als individuelle Gästezimmer vermietet werden. Außerdem gibt es ein Gästezimmer mit separatem WC/Dusche. Die gesamte Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 200 m² und kann durch das riesige Volumen mehrfach vergrößert werden, z.B. um weitere Gästezimmer oder eine zusätzliche Wohnung zu schaffen.
