A little corner of paradise surrounded by approx. 1.25 hectares of meadows and pastures. In all, 4.025 hectares of land with a huge stand of trees including the region's ancient chestnut trees.
The horses loved to wander through the forest and take shelter from the sun and bad weather, and additional pasture can be rented in the same village.

History
Originally, the locals ground their flour on the site of the mill. As it lies in a chestnut-growing region, it is almost certain that chestnut flour was ground here and fed the entire region. Later, it was long used for trout farming, with abundant fish stocks. People from all over the region bought their trout here. A water retention basin and its irrigation and drainage channels are still present today.
The stream, active all year round, with its pretty waterfall just behind the house, gushes out for the life of the people and animals who live here. This stream, the original source of life, sets everything in motion and broadens the horizon for all possible projects, dreams and visions. Thanks to the stream, the mill always has fresh spring water and provides water for people, animals and plants of all kinds.
The whole property is very special. It exudes a wonderful, subtle yet invigorating energy, and meets the requirements of Feng Shui. The mill is a solid house, built of natural stone and massive beams of natural wood. The roof was completely renovated in 2016 and is covered with lauzes, the stones commonly used in the region to cover roofs. Over the years, it has benefited from constant upkeep and maintenance by the current owners. (Boiler, hot water tank, wood-burning stove, heat pump for the swimming pool, which was renovated in 2019).
The property is situated between the seas, meaning that the ocean and the Mediterranean are almost equidistant.
