Voornamelijk grasland met gemakkelijke toegang via wegen en paden. Ongeveer 18 ha (blok 2) zou gebruikt kunnen worden voor akkerbouw. Water aanwezig op alle percelen rond de gebouwen.

Bodemtype = zand op de hogere grond / slib op de lagere grond (mogelijke overstroming onderaan de heuvels in de winter op ongeveer 10 ha).

MAEC in uitvoering op alle percelen (eind 2028).

De PBO's zijn inbegrepen in de verkoop.



Aanvullende informatie:
Een waterput voorziet het hoofdgebouw en de gebouwen van water. Openbare watervoorziening ook aangesloten.

Omzet van de 'gîte' = ca. €6/7.000 / jaar (mogelijk +) - Seizoensverhuur van eind april tot eind oktober via 'AirBnB'.
De hoogspanningsleidingen op het terrein worden binnenkort begraven (start werkzaamheden 2025).
