    This mixed farming operation has 2 buildings, approx. 500 metres apart:- a first semi-open, rather old, 400 m² (4,305 sq ft) hangar, used mainly to store equipment,- easily accessible, a second, more recent, 1,300 m² (1,300 sq ft) building (former stabling/stable), converted into a semi-open hangar, used to store equipment, supplies and crop production.
    The farm buildings are in fairly good condition and fully functional.

    The mixed crop farm can be fully irrigated and is densely grouped around the head office.
    Irrigation is provided by 2 hill lakes (one of 25,000 m3 and the other of 15,000 m3), supplemented by a water contract (48,000 m3) with the CACG. There are around twenty irrigation hydrants spread throughout the property.
    The farm is run on a conventional basis and currently comprises:- 59 hectares of arable land,- 30 hectares of hazelnut orchards under a Unicoque cooperative contract (20 hectares planted between 1990 and 2005 in full production and 10 hectares planted in 2014 and reaching maturity).It should be noted that 4 ha of old orchard will have to be grubbed up in the short term and renewed.
    Possibility of planting a further 8 to 10 ha of hazelnuts.
    The PBOs on the bare land will be transferred at the time of sale.
