We are offering for sale Django, a 10 year old ONC C pony (other horses and ponies are available for sale).
He stands 1m35 tall, a rare size that is not easy to find.
His price is 4500€ all taxes included.
He was born at the equestrian centre on 17 April 2013.
He was broken in at 4 then we let him grow, thicken and blossom until he was 6, handling him regularly and riding him occasionally.
He started riding at club level when he was 6, with only experienced riders for over a year.
He is not suitable for beginners because he is reactive and sensitive.
He's not worn out by his club life, working a maximum of 5 times a week.
He goes out a bit in show jumping on small events (pony 4 GP), he would clearly have the means to go further in competition (our riding centre being mainly leisure-oriented, we don't have the opportunity to develop this discipline for him).
He is always willing, generous, intelligent and has a very good jumping ability.
He is a sensitive pony who can sometimes be observant, he needs to be in confidence with his rider and instructor to show the best of himself.
They are very close to humans. He is a particularly endearing pony when it comes to caring for him and spending time with him on foot. He's a real little glue pot who follows us everywhere. He is curious and always comes into contact with people who come to see him.
He goes out for walks. He's very comfortable. He needs to be supervised and secure when he's out and about, as he can be a bit on the alert.
He also does horse therapy sessions, and his great sensitivity is very useful for this type of session. However, it is always necessary to be vigilant about his reactions.
His vaccinations are up to date. He sees the dentist regularly.
He has never been ill in his life.
He is particularly hardy, lives outdoors all year round in a herd and has never had any health problems.
He is very well built: bony and load-bearing with a short back, he has good legs.
He could flourish in any discipline: leisure, competition, show jumping, dressage, eventing, TREC, equifeel...
We think he deserves a galop 4 if ridden independently.
